The Art of Chipotle Mashed Potatoes

 

  • 5 lbs. cooked potatoes
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter softened
  • 1/4 cup “Art of Chipotle” sauce of your choice

Beat all ingredients until fluffy.  Refrigerate up to 1 week.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
