Saute 1/4 cup chopped onion in butter until tender. Stir in 1 T Gourmet Paste, and stir for 30 seconds. Add 3 (1 lb) pkgs frozen petite white corn, thawed and drained. Add 2 T chopped fresh thyme and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
